Conduct search with our resources to find homes that meet your criteria. We'll preview these homes and go through a process of elimination . 


Step 4 - Know the Market
Our knowledge of the local market is an essential factor in the house search. As we tour houses, we'll let you know when the asking price has negotiating room and when the house is "priced to sell". Our unique market knowledge will keep you a step ahead of the "house hunting competition".





Step 5 - Find Your Dream House
We're confident we'll find your dream house. There's a large inventory of homes, condos and townhouses in your area of preference.

Step 6 - Negotiate the Deal
We develop an offer tailored to meet your needs including appropriate contingencies (such as obtaining financing, closing costs, favorable home inspection, clear title, etc.).The offer is presented with "earnest money" deposit and counter offers are can be presented . 

Step 7 - Get a Loan
During the process, you'll work with your mortgage lender to close the loan.  Always prepare to provide documentation to your lender to expedite the loan process.


Step 8 - Close the Deal
You will receive a "Good Faith Estimate" of closing costs at the time the loan application is submitted to the lender. 

Step 9 - Move In
